Trailer Team: Arrive at church at 8:15AM and load up the church trailer with any supplies needed from the church, and then drive it to the beach

Teams needed at the beach at 8:30:

Set Up: Help empty our supplies from the trailer and set up the beach for church

Parking: Help guide those attending to available parking spots in the area

Stage Set Up: Help get the stage ready for the service by setting up banners, decorations, sound systems etc.

Welcome Team: Help greet, be present at the welcome tent/Info and merch table, and hand out bulletins

Security: Help keep our time on the beach a safe environment

Water Stations: Help purchase ice/water and bring to the beach, help set up water stations and offer to our guests and beach attendees

Teams needed after service:

Breakdown: Beginning at noon, help break down anything set up for church and pack it into trailer

Trash Team: Do a final sweep over the beach, pull trash bags from cans and drop full bags into the trailer or in our dumpster at the church

Prayer Team: Join our team under our prayer tent and uplift requests of those seeking prayer
