My Role:

Church Elder- I've been attending Mission Point Church since 2001. After being initially invited to attend by a co-worker, it took me several months to check out the church for myself. Once I finally stepped in the door, I immediately felt at home and have been here ever since. Over the years I've served in ministries such as youth group leader, kid zone volunteer, prayer team, and became an elder in 2023. Some of my responsibilities include helping lead our weekly prayer team, helping with various leadership responsibilities, and having the opportunity to teach God's word.

My Story:

I was born and raised locally in the Atlantic City area. Although I really prefer warm weather year round, growing up by the shore (even with the change of seasons) has been a great privilege. I met my wife through mutual friends from church. We have two children who keep us humble, but are the greatest blessing of our lives!

I grew up with a religious background, but fell short of a true relationship with Jesus, until accepting Him as Savior at the age of nineteen. It's been a journey and I've been learning to grow deeper in my faith ever since. 

Passions:

I work in the public sector and it's a privilege serving those in our community. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, being outdoors, hanging out with family, and watching and talking football. I've been involved in serving teens and young people through youth ministry, coaching sports, and in local schools. I'm most grateful for opportunities to teach and share some of the truth that I've learned from God's word with others.
