My Role:

I began my journey as Director of Children’s Ministry in February of 2017. My responsibilities include leading an amazing team of volunteers to teach and train our kiddos (baby through 5th grade) to know, love and honor God. Through Sunday services, small groups and discipleship we imprint the Gospel message on each heart. I also create opportunities for parents to gain a strong biblical foundation to lead their families through parenting small groups, community forums and social media. I also lead and oversee our church special events and family outreach projects. I serve our church family by helping with our Godmothers team and Selah woman’s ministry.

My Story:

I was born and currently live in Somers Point, NJ. Except for my college years, I have always lived in South Jersey. I have one son, Tommy, and two Golden pups, Tucker and Gus. My parents raised me in a home that pointed me to God’s love and grace each day. While I pretty much lived my whole life knowing and believing who God is, it was not until I was 24 years old that my relationship with Christ became personal and alive. After an incredibly difficult year of loss and brokenness, I knew I needed Him and really felt His sacrificial love for me.

Passions:

My family and friends are what I value the most. I love when my home is full of love and laughter. I believe and an open door and a full dinner table are what brings me the most joy!

In my off time, I am also an event/wedding planner in LBI. I love creating and organizing events. The more out of the box the better! I also love creating new recipes, watching Ted Lasso or Gilmore Girls, and going on road trip adventures with Tommy and Tucker.
